Barbers Who Care’s 15th Annual Back to School Haircuting Event saw a line wrapped around the block at West Philadelphia YMCA. The event was sponsored by former Philadelphia Eagles Safety Rodney McLeod and his wife Erica McLeod’s Change Our Future. Children received back packs filled with school supplies, haircuts, manicures and new sneakers.
